Pretty platters

On my latest trip to The Gas Lamp Antique Mall, here in Nashville, I picked up these two Harkerware platters for a steal from one of my favorite booths, Retropolitan.

I had seen them there on my last trip and didn't get them, so when they were still there, I thought, well they are just waiting here for me to take them home! I think they will be perfect for setting out food for spring barbeques, or perhaps even cookies, or a cake.

Nice! These go well with the fabrics you posted about below. You should order some and make some placemats or something. Or a table cloth?

They're really cute. Perfect for springtime. I'll often see things I want to bring home from antique store and force myself to go through the entire shop before I pick it up. That way if I get to the end of the store and still can't stop thinking about an item I'll go back and purchase it.
